PICO DE GALLO

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups (225g) Diced Tomato

  • ¾ cup (115g) Red Onion, finely chopped

  • ½ cup (20g) Chopped Cilantro

  • 1 Lime, juiced

  • Salt, to taste

Method

  1. Combine Ingredients – In a bowl, mix together tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice.

  2. Season to Taste – Add salt and adjust according to preference. Mix well.
