Here, you’ll find every recipe for all the videos I’ve done. I’m confident these recipes will get you the results you’re looking for, but cooking is all about growth—so if I make any improvements or updates, I’ll let you know as we learn together.
One thing to keep in mind: I like most of my food spicy. Since I’m the one eating it, I make it the way I know I’ll enjoy it. That said, every recipe includes notes on what you can adjust, substitute, or leave out to make it work for you.
The measurements listed are exactly what I used, but cooking isn’t always about rigid numbers—it’s about instinct. These recipes will give you a solid foundation, but as you get more comfortable, don’t be afraid to season to your own taste instead of measuring every ingredient to the gram. Once you trust your palate, everything flows easier.
